Moving to a new classroom is always an adventure. You just never know what you will come across. Since I was so anxious to check out my new room, I got started this week. There is nothing quite like the feeling of making a sterile, white walled classroom into a homey, comfortable place to be. So after getting the furniture into place, I set to getting fabric and cute borders up on the bulletin boards and curtains hung in the window. My next task was to pull all of the materials left behind out of the cabinets, survey my loot, and then organize and return it to the cabinets in a very methodical way. It's still a work in progress, but it will be ready for my "littles" in a few weeks!
